Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions in Boston, MA is seeking a Formulation Scientist to support the development and optimization of lipid nanoparticle formulations and biologics. The role involves analytical work with HPLC, UV-Vis, and related instruments, plus documentation in ELN and adherence to GLP.
The ideal candidate has a biology/chemistry background and hands-on lab experience; comfortable with data interpretation, pipetting, and maintaining robust lab records.
Formación
- Bachelor's degree in biology/biochemistry/chemistry with 1–2 years lab experience or Master’s with <1 year experience.
- Understanding of industry practices and standards.
- Ability to independently troubleshoot and interpret experimental results.
Responsabilidades
- Support research scientists with experiments per company protocol.
- Examine and analyze peptides, nucleic acids, proteins, antibodies using wet chemistry and instruments (HPLC, Solo-VPE, MFI, AKTA, DLS, HI-AC, Viscosity).
- Formulate and characterize lipid nanoparticles.
- Document work following GLP principles and electronic lab notebook usage.
- Assist with lab organization, safety practices, and cleanliness.
