Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in Aerosol Formulation Reverse Engineering.
• Advanced knowledge of project management processes and tools.
• PMP certificate and MS Project experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform reverse engineering of cosmetic/aerosol formulas.
• Run qualitative and quantitative chemical analysis (GC/MS, HPLC, ICP-OES, etc.).
• Identify and measure propellants, actives, vehicles, structuring agents, emollients, fragrance compounds.

Description:

Develop and optimize deodorant products by creating and testing new formulations, ensuring they are stable, effective, and meet regulatory standards. Key responsibilities include blending ingredients, performing stability and performance testing, analyzing data, and collaborating with other teams like marketing and regulatory affairs.

Responsibilities:

• Perform reverse engineering of cosmetic/aerosol formulas
• Run qualitative and quantitative chemical analysis (GC/MS, HPLC, ICP-OES, etc.)
• Identify and measure propellants, actives (e.g., ACH), vehicles, structuring agents, emollients, fragrance compounds, etc.

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in Aerosol Formulation Reverse Engineering
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Advanced knowledge of project management processes and tools
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• PMP certificate and MS Project experience are a plus
