Albaugh, LLC is seeking a Formulation Operator/Production Assistant to join our manufacturing team in a safety-focused environment. You will handle raw materials, operate machinery, and assist in forming agricultural chemicals to meet quality standards.

The role requires readiness to work overtime, a high school diploma, and an emphasis on safety. Manufacturing experience is preferred, with opportunities for growth and excellent benefits.

Responsibilities

• Safely and effectively operates and controls equipment and instrumentation in the assigned manufacturing unit.
• Receives and processes raw materials using chemical reactions and manufacturing operations to produce finished products at the specified quality level.
• Supports and adheres to Responsible care and applicable requirements by protecting the environment and assuring the health, safety, and security of our employees, vendors, customers, suppliers, and our community.
• Performs additional work as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
• Assists in the formulation of agricultural chemicals, including fertilizers, herbicides, fungicides, and insecticides.
• Makes necessary adjustments to equipment
• Uses forklifts to move drums, totes, and pallets
• Meet quality standards without delaying production
• Maintains a clean and safe workplace
