Job summary

• Maintains OEE targets across formulation lines.
• Participates in near miss/incident reporting and 5WHY investigations.
• Follows operator standard work for formulation processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate various types of formulation equipment.
• Perform routine and non-routine operations safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot equipment with assistance and solve problems.
• Effectively use safety equipment such as respirators and protective clothing.
• Follow operator standard work to maintain formulation batch cycle time.
• Operate forklift and perform hand additions to formulation vessels.
• Work overtime and rotating shifts as required by business needs.
