Job summary

Kaztronix is seeking a Formulation Laboratory Technician to develop and test small-batch formulations for consumer products in our state-of-the-art laboratory. You will work closely with R&D, QA, and Manufacturing to ensure product quality and efficacy.

The role requires a scientific degree and hands-on experience with pH and viscosity testing, with a focus on meticulous documentation and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific field with hands-on pH and viscosity testing experience.
• Experience in personal care or consumer product formulation is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for team work.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Formulate small batches of consumer products including personal care items, household products, and cosmetics.
• Conduct testing of formulated batches for viscosity, pH, stability under various conditions, and overall performance.
• Collaborate with Research & Development, Quality Assurance, and Manufacturing to ensure smooth product development.
• Maintain detailed records of formulations, testing procedures, and results with strict documentation standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends, scientific advancements, and regulatory requirements relevant to product formulation.
