Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field.
• At least 1 year in a lab setting (internship or professional).
• Experience with standard lab equipment.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant laboratory environment.
• Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment.
• Support project tracking and updates within internal systems.
• Order and manage raw material samples for development projects.
• Perform document control and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare, mount, and evaluate stability samples; maintain stability logs and reports.
• Assist chemists with formulation development and lab activities.
• Validate customer-supplied and internal formulations.
• Prepare lab batches and scale-up support batches as needed.
• Prepare documentation and coordinate shipment of samples.
• Contribute to innovation efforts in product and ingredient development.
