Clariant is currently seeking a Formulation Chemist to join the Lucas Meyer division of the Care Chemicals Business Unit in New Providence, New Jersey. This role provides laboratory-based formulation support for the development, customization, and evaluation of cosmetic formulations across skin care, hair care, sun care, and color cosmetics applications. The Formulation Chemist will support formulation projects by preparing prototypes, conducting laboratory testing, performing stability evaluations, maintaining formulation records, and assisting with technical investigations. Working closely with the Regional Formulation Manager and broader technical team, this position contributes to ingredient promotion initiatives, customer projects, and ongoing formulation development activities within the New Providence laboratory.
