You will help expand clinically appropriate lower-cost options, support program reporting, and partner across teams to drive member and sponsor savings.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree and active license.
• 1–2 years of pharmacy experience with health plans or PBMs.
• Experience with formulary management, data analysis, and cost-containment strategies.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the low-cost alternative program and maintain target drug/alternative lists.
• Identify lower-cost, clinically appropriate formulary-aligned options to reduce spend.
• Analyze claims data and monitor program performance; support dashboards and reporting.
• Collaborate with Product, Analytics, Clinical Programs, Benefits, and other teams to improve logic and workflows.
• Support client requests, including custom drug lists and expansion opportunities.
