Judi Health is seeking a detail-oriented Formulary Operations Pharmacist to support the low-cost alternative program and formulary operations across Judi Rx. The role emphasizes clinical review, cost containment, and cross-functional collaboration to improve workflows and savings for members and plan sponsors.

The position requires a PharmD, current pharmacist license, and 1–2 years of health plan/PBM experience. Hybrid work locations include Charlotte, Denver, or New York area.

Qualifications

• PharmD degree from an accredited institution with strong academic performance.
• Current, unrestricted pharmacist license(s).
• 1–2 years of pharmacy experience in a health plan or PBM; formulary knowledge and claims data experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management and optimization of the low-cost alternative program.
• Evaluate high-cost meds and identify lower-cost formulary-aligned alternatives.
• Analyze claims data and monitor program performance; support dashboards.
• Collaborate with Product, Analytics, Clinical Programs, Benefits and other teams.
