Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management and optimization of the low-cost alternative program.
• Evaluate high-cost medications for lower-cost formulary-aligned options.
• Analyze claims data and support dashboard creation and program performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve program logic and workflows.
• Lead or support responses to RFPs/RFIs and sales inquiries related to formulary programs.
