Job summary

Judi Health seeks a detail-oriented Formulary Operations Pharmacist to support clinical and operational initiatives around the low-cost alternative program. You will help expand clinically appropriate lower-cost options, support reporting, and partner across teams to drive member and plan sponsor savings.

The role covers formulary disruption, new formulary implementations, standard commercial formulary operations, and sales-related requests within Judi Rx. Hybrid location in the US.

Qualifications

• PharmD degree from an accredited institution with strong academics.
• Current, unrestricted pharmacist license(s).
• 1–2 years of pharmacy experience with a health plan or PBM.
• Experience with formulary management and claims data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects with timelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the low-cost alternative program and drug lists.
• Evaluate high-cost medications for lower-cost, formulary-aligned options.
• Analyze claims data and support dashboard reporting for program performance.
• Collaborate with Product, Analytics, Clinical Programs, Benefits, and other teams.
• Support client requests, expansion opportunities, and savings analyses.
• Document methodologies and workflows to enable scalable growth.
• Lead or support responses for RFPs/RFIs and sales inquiries.
