Job summary

Novolex is hiring an Operator Associate (TFPP - D Shift) for Corsicana, TX. The role involves operating forming machines, starting/stopping equipment, and performing routine maintenance to ensure quality and efficiency.

You will monitor lines, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and maintain run rates while following safety procedures. The position requires the ability to stand for long periods, work overtime as needed, and communicate effectively.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Overtime and off-shifts may be required.
• Standing 8–12 hours.
• Ability to wear PPE as required.
• Regular and timely attendance expected.
• Machine operator or maintenance/mechanical experience required.
• Good written and verbal communication; basic math.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned forming machines at required rate.
• Start and stop machines; perform routine maintenance.
• Monitor machinery for quality and efficiency; troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain run efficiencies and follow skill checklists.
• Complete operator reports and quality checks; document information.
• Follow safety procedures and keep area clean.
• Communicate production information; assist other operators.
