First Shift

(5:30 AM – 4:00 PM) Monday–Thursday and mandatory overtime when applicable.

Summary

A Press Brake Forming Operator is responsible for preparing the workstation, set ups, and adjusting programs to ensure product is being formed to the specification callouts on customer prints in a safe and efficient manner.

Essential Duties

Essential job duties for this position include the following items. Other duties must be performed as assigned or required.

• Set‑up hydraulic CNC press brakes.
• Form parts to print and document progress.
• Maintain efficiency in a high‑volume environment.
• Maintain minimum scrap levels (zero scrap preferred).
• Identify material defects throughout the runs.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs repetitively for 10‑hour shifts.

Qualifications

• At least two years of previous manufacturing experience is required.
• Print reading experience is beneficial.
• Basic math (adding/subtracting decimals).
• Good communication skills are a must.
• Familiar with Microsoft Windows.
• Proficient in English.
