Role Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll maintain and grow existing client relationships while generating new opportunities through referrals, networking, and prospecting. You’ll conduct both virtual and on‑site presentations with employers to showcase the value of Aflac, educate employees on available benefits packages, and support enrollment needs. You’ll also provide ongoing enrollment, claims, and service support while staying engaged through team meetings and training.

Qualifications

To be successful, you’ll need a Life/Health insurance license (or an immediate willingness to obtain one) and proven industry experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is a self‑motivated, results‑driven mindset.

• Minimum age: 18 years
• Must pass a criminal background check and be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• High school diploma or equivalent required
