Austin Bridge & Road is seeking a Carpenter - Form Setter for Farmers Branch, TX. The role centers on building and setting forms, following plans, and coordinating with the crew to ensure safe, high-quality concrete work.

The position requires 1+ years in construction and a strong commitment to site safety. Hours may include days, nights, and weekends, with responsibilities ranging from form setting to erosion control and site cleanup.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of construction experience.
• Strong commitment to jobsite safety.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship offered.

Responsibilities

• Build forms and plan specifications.
• Set forms on line and grade.
• Understand proper safe use of power tools.
• Know and understand finishing tools such as bull float, straight edge, screed, and hand floats.
• Concrete placement and able to finish within the plan specifications.
• Follow instructions and assist with concrete placement/finishing.
• Traffic control and erosion control installation.
• General site clean up and safety compliance.
• Work hours may include days, nights, and weekends.
• Work in adverse weather conditions.
