Austin Bridge & Road in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Carpenter - Form Builders Structures to build and set forms for complex highway projects. The form setter will work with line and grade and operate power tools.

Candidates should have 1+ year construction experience, a strong safety commitment, and be legally eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not offered. The role requires flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends and to perform in varying weather.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of construction experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.
• Strong commitment to jobsite safety.

Responsabilités

• Build forms and plan specifications.
• Set forms on line and grade.
• Understand proper safe use of power tools.
• Know finishing tools such as bull float, straight edge, screed, and hand floats.
• Concrete placement and finish per plan specs.
• Follow instructions and assist with concrete placement/finishing.
• Traffic control and safety policy adherence.
• Hours may include days, nights and weekends.
• Work in adverse weather conditions.
