Job summary

Gioia Concrete Construction, Inc. is seeking a skilled Form Carpenter to build and install concrete forms for floors, walls, columns, tilt-walls and related structures. You will interpret drawings, prepare forms, and ensure precise placements on site.

Responsibilities include measuring, cutting, assembling forms, and maintaining safety on a fast-growing commercial/industrial team in Ohio. Training and leadership growth paths are offered along with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience building concrete forms for floors, walls, columns, and tilt-wall structures.
• Ability to interpret structural and architectural drawings for layout.
• Commitment to safety policies and proper use of forming systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and assemble wood or metal forms for concrete structures as specified.
• Measure, cut, and fabricate lumber and plywood; install form ties and bracing.
• Strip, clean, oil, and reuse forms; ensure correct elevations and placements.
