Job summary

UFP Industries, Inc. is seeking a supervisor with expertise in material handling, inventory control, and reporting. You will supervise direct reports and collaborate with your manager and upper management to maintain professionalism on the floor.

Key duties include directing team members, coordinating shipments, verifying inbound and outbound paperwork, and performing cycle counts with accuracy. The role offers an hourly pay range of $25.00–$28.00 with comprehensive benefits and growth

• Organize, plan, provide tools and information to prepare shipments for unloading or transit.
• Inspect inbound or outbound goods and confirm that paperwork matches actual and identify any discrepancies or damage with the inventory manager.
• Work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Complete cycle counts and provide results back to inventory manager.
• Must be responsible for specific tasks or roles as assigned.
• Operate all lift equipment safely and efficiently.

Job Summary

This role will have a complete understanding of all material handling, inventory control practices (first in - first out, proper stock rotation, etc.), and reporting procedures. They will operate with an extremely high level of professionalism while supervising direct reports and working in conjunction with their own supervisor and upper management.

Hourly Pay Range: $25.00 - $28.00 dollars an hour dependent on experience*

*pay range may be adjusted depending on cost of living
