Job summary

JBS USA is seeking a Forklift Driver/Warehouse Tech for the 2nd shift in Mason, OH. The role focuses on operating forklifts and pallet jacks, supporting shipping/receiving, stocking, and inventory tasks in a cold, wet meat processing environment. Candidates should be able to lift heavy loads and work overtime as required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Forklift certification is required.
• Three or more years in warehouse process.
• Understanding of inventory management and warehouse functions.
• WMS and Barcode Scanner experience preferred.
• Display strong work ethics and positive attitude.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and dollies.
• Participate in shipping, receiving, storing and issuing of supplies, materials, and products.
• Identify safety concerns or hazards and report them.
• Maintain the warehouse in a clean, orderly, safe and secure condition.
• Assist in annual physical inventories and cycle counts.
• Load, unload and sort packages in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist in stocking locations and space optimization.
• Provide labor support to other areas as needed.
