Job summary

JBS is seeking a Forklift Driver/Warehouse Tech for the 2nd shift. The position starts at $20 per hour with a $1 shift differential. Benefits include paid vacation/holidays, medical/dental/vision, 401(k), Onsite Cafeteria and career development opportunities.

Essential duties cover operating forklifts and pallet jacks, shipping/receiving, inventory management, and maintaining a safe, orderly warehouse environment. Prior forklift certification and 3+ years in warehousing are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• SQF/GMP/HACCP certs preferred
• Forklift certification
• 3+ years in warehouse process
• Inventory management knowledge
• WMS and barcode scanner experience
• English reading and writing; bilingual Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and warehouse equipment safely
• Maintain accurate inventory and cycle counts
• Assist shipping/receiving and put-away tasks
• Ensure clean, safe, and organized work area
• Provide labor support to other areas as needed
• Identify safety concerns and report them
• Participate in annual physical inventories
• Input data and generate reports using warehouse software
