Job summary

Royal Canin in Fremont, Nebraska, is seeking a Raw Material Warehouse Operator for a day shift (9am–5pm, Mon–Fri) with weekend coverage as needed. You will manage and receive ingredients at offsite warehouses, perform quality control and offload samples, and assist in sanitation and packaging tasks.

Responsibilities include safe operation of equipment, regular inventories, routine maintenance checks, and coordination with staff to optimize quality, efficiency, productivity and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift certification and valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS).
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform inventories of raw materials.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment.
• Assist in shipping, sanitation, maintenance and quality activities.
• Maintain housekeeping and sanitation procedures.
• Communicate with staff to optimize quality, efficiency, safety.
• Load trucks and manage live/staged loads.
• Direct responsibility for hold product disposition and food safety holds.
• Handle WMS/BOL responsibilities.
• Support Warehouse Area Lead in shipping activities.
