Job summary

The ODPGroup is hiring an Equipment Operator to manage daily distribution activities in our Washington distribution facility. You will perform loading, unloading, and picking using powered lifting equipment and contribute to safety, quality, and productivity.

Responsibilities include operating stock pickers and forklifts, collaborating with teams, and supporting continuous process improvements in a fast-paced warehouse setting. Flexible shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in related field.
• OSHA Certification License.
• Basic ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, using English.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction, multiplication).
• Ability to lift a minimum of 70 pounds regularly, up to 150 pounds infrequently.
• Successful completion of the company's forklift operator licensing program.

Responsibilities

• Perform loading, unloading and/or picking of product using powered lifting equipment.
• Move product throughout the facility with various equipment.
• Contribute to a safe, clean and organized work environment.
• Interact with supervisors and teams to coordinate tasks.
• Suggest improvements to distribution processes in group settings.
• Operate in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
