Job summary

The ODPGroup is a leading distributor and operator in a multi‑facility environment, seeking an Equipment Operator to support daily distribution activities with emphasis on safety, quality, and productivity. The role involves forklift usage for loading, unloading, and picking across assigned areas.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, 1 year of related experience, OSHA certification, and the ability to lift heavy items. A flexible schedule and teamwork are important.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in related field.
• Warehouse Experience.
• OSHA Certification License.
• Basic ability to communicate in English (verbal and written).
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction, multiplication).
• Basic computer skills (internet, documents).
• Ability to lift 70–150 pounds.
• Ability to operate and manipulate equipment with hands.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform loading, unloading and/or picking of product and materials using powered lifting equipment.
• May operate stock picker, sit down/stand up equipment, reach truck, etc.
• Contribute to a safe work environment through housekeeping and safety.
• Interacting with supervisors and teams for task-related information exchanges.
• Participate in improvements to the distribution process in group settings.
• Work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
