Job summary

ODPGroup is hiring an Equipment Operator to support daily distribution activities in a busy facility. You will perform loading, unloading, and picking with forklifts, ensuring safety and quality in every task.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to procedures, and continuous improvement. The position requires at least 1 year in a similar warehouse role, with OSHA certification preferred and basic English communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent education preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in related field.
• OSHA Certification License.
• Basic ability to communicate in English (verbal and written).
• Basic math and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform loading, unloading and/or picking of products using powered lifting equipment to move product throughout the facility.
• Operate stock picker or other equipment (sit-down/stand-up; reach truck) as needed.
• Contribute to a safe work environment through safe work practices and housekeeping.
• Communicate with supervisors and teams to exchange information on tasks.
• Suggest improvements to the distribution process in group settings.
• Work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
