Job summary

ODPGroup is seeking an Equipment Operator to support daily distribution activities with a focus on safety, quality and productivity. The role involves forklift-based tasks such as loading, unloading, and picking in a fast-paced facility.

You will work with supervisors and teams to ensure accurate task execution, contribute to continuous improvements, and demonstrate a strong commitment to our core values and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• OSHA Certification License required.
• Ability to lift 70–150 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Perform loading, unloading and/or picking using powered lifting equipment.
• Contribute to a safe work environment through housekeeping and safety.
• Interact with supervisors and teams for task coordination.
• Participate in process improvements in the distribution flow.
• Work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
