Job summary

The role requires at least 1 year of forklift and distribution center experience, forklift certification, and the ability to lift 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of forklift and material-handling experience.
• Minimum 1 year of distribution center or large retail operation experience.
• Experience operating stand-up, counterbalance, order/cherry picker, or dock stocker/reach truck.
• Currently or previously forklift certified.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs.
• Ability to work in a non-climatized warehouse environment.
• Ability to follow SOPs for picking, packing, receiving, put-away, replenishment, loading, and inventory handling.
• Ability to adapt to multiple warehouse functions during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate material-handling equipment and maintain forklift certification.
• Perform picking, packing, auditing, loading, replenishment, cycle counting, receiving, and put-away.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety standards in the work area.
• Meet efficiency and quality goals for warehouse tasks.
• Report equipment, order, location, inventory, and process issues with supervisors and teams.
• Perform other assigned warehouse duties.
