Job summary

Sarnova HC, LLC is seeking an Equipment Operator to pick/pack merchandise, operate a forklift, and support receiving in Elizabethtown, PA. The role focuses on accurate order fulfillment, safety, and efficient warehouse processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Sarnova Forklift Certification is required or provided prior to operating equipment.
• Two to four years of warehousing experience with 1-2 years forklift exposure preferred.
• Experience with PC equipment preferred.
• Experience driving material handling equipment (Reach Truck, Cherry Picker, Forklift) preferred.
• Ability to use carrier’s shipping system for processing, labeling and tracking packages.
• Ability to work in a positive team environment and in a fast-paced warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, move, and stack products within the warehouse following safety guidelines.
• Perform receiving of product including new, used, service, and returned goods with safety precautions.
• Read customer orders and determine items to be picked and shipped.
• Move materials from receiving/storage to shipping areas.
• Assemble and pack customer orders and place on pallets or in bins.
• Process orders using carrier’s online service and attach packing slips.
