Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a skilled and energetic Warehouse Equipment Operator to join our growing team. Our equipment operators perform many different tasks; for example, receiving, replenishing, picking, and loading product as it is picked.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, moving and staging product with power equipment, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining a safe, organized warehouse environment in accordance with OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and walk for the entire shift.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior powered equipment experience preferred.
• Able to speak clearly and listen attentively.
• Good basic math skills and ability to recognize numbers.
• Basic computer usage skills.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stack and stage product using power equipment and maintain a neat, clean, and orderly work area.
• Receive inbound shipments and put away, stack and store product in appropriate locations.
• Pull and prepare product for shipment, ensuring exact quantity and type.
• Load product from staging areas into trailers or containers.
• Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and undamaged; report variances.
