Aerotek is seeking a Warehouse Associate for 1st or 2nd shift in Richfield, OH. You will operate stand‑up forklifts with clamps, use RF scanners, and perform order picking, packing, and staging to support inbound and outbound shipments.

Qualifications

• Experience operating warehouse equipment and forklifts.
• Familiarity with RF scanning and inventory processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate a stand-up forklift with clamps to move merchandise safely.
• Unload inbound goods, process receipts, and prepare storage.
• Stock products and locate items for outbound shipments.
• Perform order picking, packing, and loading for shipments.
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and document activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Complete paperwork and production records accurately.
• Participate in orientation and forklift certification training.
