We are looking for a Forklift Operator based at:

101 Airport Industrial Drive | Southaven, MS 38671 (Memphis Distribution Center)

Shift Hours:

• Full-Time: Monday - Friday
• 1st shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm
• 2nd shift: 3:00pm - 11:30pm
• 3rd shift: 11:00pm - 7:30am

• Part-Time: Saturday & Sunday
• Hours: 5:00am - 3:00pm

Compensation:

Hourly Rate: $18.00 for 1st shift; $18.00 + $0.75 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a safety-first mentality
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Obtain and maintain forklift certification
• Support tasks such as Picking, Packing, Auditing, Loading, Replenishment, Cycle Counting, Receiving, and Put-away functions
• Maintain efficiency and quality; be an engaged team member
• Report equipment, inventory, or process issues to supervisors
• Communicate with team members to resolve issues
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

• Knowledge of warehouse management procedures
• Experience with forklift and material handling
• Experience in distribution centers or large retail operations
• Ability to operate stand-up counterbalance trucks
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Motivated team player who respects diversity
• Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience with SAP or other warehouse management systems
