Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts in Arkansas is hiring a Warehouse Equipment Operator to join our distribution team. You will load, unload, stock, and pick product using powered equipment, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment.

You must be able to stand for long periods, pass safety training, and operate forklifts or order selectors. High school diploma or equivalent required; prior 6 months of warehouse experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Stamina to stand and walk for the full shift.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior warehouse or material-handling experience preferred.
• Ability to recognize letters/numbers and follow exact sequences.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tasks.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, stack and stage product using power equipment.
• Receive, putaway, and store inbound shipments safely and efficiently.
• Pull and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy.
• Operate forklift, reach truck, and order pickers safely per OSHA standards.
• Maintain clean, orderly work area and assist in inventory counts.
