Job summary

QXO, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse and yard operations by safely handling, organizing, and preparing building materials for customers and deliveries in Berthoud, Colorado.

You will operate forklifts and other heavy equipment, verify order contents, maintain inventory records, and uphold a safe, clean work environment while working outdoors in varying weather. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts and other heavy equipment; previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong commitment to safety and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Excellent attention to safety, organization, and accuracy.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work early morning hours.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and yard.
• Work outdoors with exposure to varying weather conditions.
• Verify order contents and maintain accurate documentation, including pick tickets and inventory count sheets.
• Inspect, organize, maintain, and track inventory.
• Demonstrate a daily commitment to safety and adhere diligently to all safety protocols, while always wearing appropriate PPE.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, including general cleaning and painting as needed.
