Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking an entry level Warehouse Associate in Sacramento, CA. You will safely operate a stand-up forklift to pull and prepare outbound orders, build and wrap pallets, and use RF devices to sort and scan items.

You will also receive and stock incoming material while keeping the workspace clean and compliant with PPE and safety rules. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with overtime as needed; starting pay is $21/hour and may increase

Qualifications

• 0–3 years warehouse experience preferred.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Receive, verify, stage and stock incoming material.
• Keep workspace clean, safe, and accident-free; follow PPE rules.
