Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our onsite team in Charlotte, NC. You will operate a stand‑up forklift, pull and prepare outbound orders, and use RF devices to sort and scan items as part of a fast‑paced warehouse environment.

The role requires 3–5 years in warehousing, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a strong safety mindset. Starting pay is $21 per hour with potential for increases based on experience.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management preferred.
• High attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment.
• Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.
• Self-starter with ability to learn our systems quickly.
• Continued focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.
• Ability to lift items up to 50lbs regularly.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand‑up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
• Keep the workspace clean, safe, and accident free.
• Adhere to safety regulations, including PPE and weight limits.
