Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is hiring an entry-level Warehouse Associate. You will operate a stand-up forklift to pick, wrap, and palletize orders, using RF devices to efficiently sort and scan items. The role includes receiving and stocking material, maintaining safety, and keeping the workspace clean.

Candidates should have 0–3 years in warehouse roles, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and work Mon–Fri 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management preferred.
• High attention to detail and dependable work ethic.
• Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Must adhere to safety regulations and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Receive, verify, stage and stock incoming material accurately and timely.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow safety regulations.
