Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. in Indianapolis, IN is looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our team on a Monday–Friday schedule 12:00 pm–8:30 pm with potential overtime.

You will safely operate a stand-up forklift, build and wrap pallets, and use RF devices to sort and prepare outbound orders while receiving, verifying, staging, and stocking incoming material. The role requires 1–3 years of warehouse experience, prior forklift/order picker use, and the ability to lift 50 lb regularly and 90 lb

Qualifications

• 1-3 years warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management.
• Prior experience using forklift, order pickers and other material handling equipment.
• Ability to lift items up to 50lbs regularly and 90lbs occasionally.
• Safety-focused with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Pre-employment drug and background screening required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and accident-free workspace.
