Job summary

Technipaq, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our Cary, IL location. You will support production lines by delivering materials to and from work areas and staging shipments for loading.

The role requires forklift operation, accurate inventory counting, RF scanning, and adherence to safety and quality guidelines. You will collaborate with supervisors and teams to meet customer ship dates and maintain organized warehouse spaces.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years forklift operation and accident-free record.
• 2+ years experience with shipping/receiving including loading/unloading materials with forklift.
• Experience moving product to high shelving with forklift and delivering to machines.
• Experience performing inventory counts and using RF scanners.
• Able to lift 35–60 lbs from floor to shoulder and 10–35 lbs to overhead; push 200–400 lbs with cart or pallet jack.
• Ability to measure to 1/16 inch with ruler; perform basic arithmetic.
• Able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Must work independently, be reliable and have data entry skills.
