Job summary

Aptar Italia S.P.A. is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Cary, IL to manage material movements across warehousing and distribution, ensuring inventory integrity and safe operations.

Responsibilities include supplying production areas, unloading shipments, operating RF barcode devices, and coordinating with other departments. Qualifications include a HS degree or GED, ability to obtain PIT certification, lifting up to 80 pounds, and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• HS Degree or GED preferred
• Ability to be certified on powered industrial vehicles
• Ability to move materials weighing up to 80 lb
• Must read/write/speak English
• Color vision for material movement
• Strong teamwork and safety mindset
• Prior forklift/warehouse experience a plus
• Complete new hire orientation and prove warehouse support at Aptar locations Cary South, Cary North, or McHenry

Responsibilities

• Supply production areas with raw materials and semi-finished goods.
• Return raw materials and semi-finished goods to correct storage locations.
• Operate barcode RF devices for inventory control or other systems.
• Unload inbound shipments and prepare/load outbound orders.
• Place finished goods on shuttle trailers to designated locations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy for all inventoried items.
• Distribute paperwork to appropriate departments.
• Communicate job activity to the next shift.
• Maintain daily housekeeping and recycling programs.
• Record truck arrivals/departures as applicable by location.
• Support safe work environment and comply with BRC/GMP/ISO requirements.
