Job summary

Forklifts Group is seeking a Field Service Technician in Orange, CA to diagnose, repair, and maintain forklift fleets in a fast-paced environment. You will perform hands-on repairs, routine maintenance, and ensure safety compliance while documenting work and coordinating with the team.

The role offers a competitive hourly rate ($35.00–$45.00/hour DOE) with a $2,000 sign-on bonus. A vehicle, gas card, PPE, and uniforms are provided for field work.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5 years in forklift technician or similar role; familiarity with electrical and hydraulic systems is a plus.
• Problem-solving: strong troubleshooting ability and proactive mindset.
• Team spirit: good communication and collaborative approach.
• Customer service: friendly, courteous and approachable.
