Job summary

Central Transport is seeking a Forklift Service Technician to perform routine and preventative maintenance on our fleet of electric forklifts at our Vandalia, OH area location. You will troubleshoot electrical issues, rebuild components, and handle hydraulic repairs to keep operations running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of forklift maintenance experience and possess a basic tool set. ASE certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of forklift maintenance experience.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.
• Must have a basic set of tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform all forklift repairs as needed.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues.
• Component rebuild and hydraulic repair.
• Perform routine maintenance: check batteries, lubricate equipment, and machinery.
• Change tires, service brakes, and bolt-on components.
