Job summary

Central Transport is seeking a Forklift Service Technician to perform routine and preventative maintenance on our fleet of electric forklifts across our United States and Canada network. You will troubleshoot electrical issues, rebuild components, and ensure safe, reliable operation of equipment.

The role requires at least 1 year of experience, basic tools, and is ideal for those pursuing ASE certification. We offer comprehensive health benefits, paid time off, weekly pay, and uniforms.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in forklift maintenance or similar.
• Basic set of tools required to perform repairs and maintenance.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• All forklift repairs needed.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues.
• Component rebuild and hydraulic repair.
• Perform routine maintenance such as checking batteries, lubricating equipment, and machinery.
• Tire changes.
• Brakes.
• Bolt-on components.
