Job summary

Central Transport is seeking a Forklift Service Technician to maintain our fleet of electric forklifts and support a large network across the U.S. and Canada. Responsibilities include repairs, diagnostics, hydraulic work, and preventive maintenance to keep equipment in safe, productive condition.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of experience, a basic tool kit, and ASE certification is a plus but not required. Competitive pay, benefits, and weekly pay are offered.

Qualifications

• 1 year of forklift maintenance or repair experience.
• Basic set of tools required.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• All forklift repairs as needed.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues.
• Component rebuild and hydraulic repair.
• Perform routine maintenance: check batteries, lubricate equipment, inspect machinery.
• Tire changes, brakes, bolt-on components.
