Sika Corporation is seeking a Shipper Receiver in the Davenport, FL area. The role involves operating a forklift for receipt and shipment of materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring safety in daily activities across the plant.

The position requires 1–2 years in manufacturing with forklift experience, and a high school diploma or GED. SAP and Microsoft tools are used in daily tasks; the candidate will train new staff and support operations.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Years Experience: 1–2 years in manufacturing with at least 6 months forklift experience.

Responsabilités

• Operate forklift to receive and ship materials and move goods between areas.
• Count and verify inbound/outbound items against documents; record discrepancies.
• Pull finished products for shipment and prepare orders per policy and customer requests.
• Maintain safe, clean work area and support a strong safety program.
• Train new and temporary employees and assist in operations as needed.
