Job summary

Inland Truck Parts & Service is seeking a detail-oriented forklift service advisor/parts specialist to manage our service desk and parts inventory. You will be the primary liaison between material handling customers and field technicians to ensure rapid equipment uptime and precise parts sourcing for diverse forklift makes and models.

Responsibilities include intake and dispatch of service requests, identifying and ordering OEM parts, maintaining PM schedules for fleets, and building accurate

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in material handling, heavy equipment, or agricultural parts & service
• Strong understanding of industrial hydraulics and electric mast systems
• Experience with fleet management software and regional distribution hubs

Responsibilities

• Dispatch field technicians and manage service requests
• Identify and order OEM parts for diverse forklift models
• Oversee PM schedules for fleets and schedule maintenance
