Job summary

EmployBridge in Greer, SC seeks a Forklift Certification Specialist to lead safety training and validate PIT operator skills across our validation centers. You will deliver classroom and hands-on sessions, maintain records, and ensure OSHA compliance while leveraging Excel and Power BI to track training data.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of forklift training experience, strong documentation skills, and knowledge of safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience training forklift operators.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure PIT candidates complete required assessments before training.
• Conduct classroom and hands-on forklift safety training for new hires and experienced operators.
• Evaluate candidates through written assessments and practical demonstrations.
• Maintain training records, skill evaluations, and site-specific certifications.
• Comply with OSHA and internalsafety policies and procedures.
• Use Excel and Power BI to track, analyze, and report training data.
• Collaborate with operations and safety teams to address forklift safety concerns.
• Serve as subject matter expert for PIT operations during client visits and presentations.
• Participate in site safety audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Foster a team-oriented, safety-first culture in the validation center.
• Represent EmployBridge professionally, aligning with company values.
