Job summary

EmployBridge is seeking a Forklift Certification Specialist to lead and facilitate forklift safety training programs and validate operator skills at our McDonough Validation Center. The role includes delivering classroom and hands-on training, assessing performance, and ensuring OSHA compliance while supporting safety data reporting.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years’ experience with PIT equipment, strong documentation skills, and proficiency in Excel and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience operating and/or training forklift operators.
• Train-the-Trainer certification or experience strongly preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of forklift operation, OSHA standards, and safety best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; Power BI experience strongly preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and hands-on forklift safety training for new hires and experienced operators.
• Evaluate candidates through written assessments and practical demonstrations.
• Maintain training records, skill evaluations, and site-specific certifications.
• Use Excel and Power BI to track, analyze, and report training data.
• Collaborate with operations and safety teams to address forklift safety concerns.
• Represent EmployBridge during client visits and safety audits.
