Job summary

Hire Dynamics in Greer, SC is seeking a Forklift Certification Specialist to lead forklift safety training and validate PIT operator skills across client sites. You will conduct classroom and hands-on training, maintain training records, and ensure OSHA compliance while using Excel and Power BI to track performance.

The role requires 3+ years of forklift experience, Train-the-Trainer certification preferred, and the ability to travel to various client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; PIT instruction training is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience operating and/or training forklift equipment.
• Train-the-Trainer certification or experience preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of forklift operation, OSHA standards, and safety best practices.
• Proficiency in Excel; Power BI experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, instructional, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct forklift safety training for new hires and experienced operators.
• Evaluate candidates through written assessments and practical demonstrations of forklift operation.
• Maintain training records, skill evaluations, and site-specific certifications.
• Use Excel and Power BI to track, analyze, and report training data; identify trends and improvements.
• Collaborate with operations and safety teams on forklift safety concerns.
• Serve as subject matter expert for PIT operations during client visits and presentations.
• Participate in site safety audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Foster a team-oriented, safety-first culture in the validation center.
