Job summary

Tempur Sealy seeks a warehouse associate to receive, store and distribute incoming goods at our Phoenix facility. You will verify bills of lading, inspect for damage, and direct items to designated storage areas while operating a forklift and scanner with safety and efficiency.

You will work as part of a team, maintain housekeeping, and support loading/unloading trailers in a fast-paced environment. Prior forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store and distribute materials according to allocation.
• Perform pre-work inspection of the assigned forklift.
• Load and unload trailers.
• Operate forklift safely at all times.
• Identify materials correctly for loading.
• Use a scanner to receive merchandise.
• Interact professionally with co-workers.
• Keep the work area clean and remove scrap.
• Push and pull a wheeled cart carrying material rolls.
