Tempur Sealy is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform packing, inventory prep, and shipping/receiving tasks at our Belmont, MS facility. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and accurate recordkeeping as you support daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Certified forklift license (or ability to obtain)
• 1–3 years manufacturing experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Familiarity with safety programs in manufacturing environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks with a safety mindset and follow company safety standards.
• Maintain and protect quality standards in daily tasks.
• Protect confidential information and trade secrets.
• Follow SOPs or instructions from team leaders and management.
• Pack, seal, label, and prepare materials for inventory with appropriate tools.
• Verify incoming/outgoing shipments against records.
• Read and interpret shipping/receiving labels and count products.
• Move materials using fork trucks, pallets jacks, and other equipment.
• Communicate information to management and coworkers via phone, email, or in person.
• Assist in coaching and mentoring new or repositioned team members.
• Promote teamwork through honesty, respect, and collaboration.
• Record production-related data as required by processes.
• Suggest process improvements for safety, quality, productivity, and cost savings.
• Follow all company policies as conditions of employment
