Job summary

Reily-Foods-Company is seeking a Material Handler I in Knoxville, TN to securely operate forklift equipment and support receiving, storage, and shipping of products. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of forklift and/or warehouse experience.
• Scan gun usage, forklift certification, basic math and inventory/cycle counting skills.
• Good verbal and written communication, time management, and ability to follow rules and directions.
• Positive attitude, teamwork and self-leadership.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift safely and efficiently to receive, handle and store product per HACCP/GMP standards.
• Perform vehicle safety checks and report discrepancies.
• Ensure equipment is stored at end of shift.
• Use scanning system to create accurate locations and perform inventory transactions.
• Inspect inbound materials for damages and discrepancies and report issues.
• Conduct monthly cycle counts and inventory in receiving area.
